Weekly Funnies

It is never dull around my house! We have been cooped up a lot with all the snow and bitterly cold weather. So I thought I would share a few funnies that have been heard at my house over the last week.

 Sean-isms:

1. Sean has been learning about abbreviations in school and learned that etc. means etcetera. However, I think he may have heard it a little differently, because recently he was telling a story and got to the end and said, “you know, excelery, excelery, excelery."
   
2. Sean is also trying to learn the books of the New Testament in the Bible and so far it has gone a little something like this: Matthew, Mark, John Mc Cain, Axes, Romars, 1st Corinths, 2nd Corinths, Gallaga, and Epiphany. We have some work to do there.
   

Sam-isms 

1. I was making Sam a sandwich for lunch and he ordered a pepperoni and sa-limeeee sandwich, because he really loves those sa-limeees!
2. I also caught Sam in the bathroom this week stirring the pot (that he had made a deposit in) with both his toothbrush and his brother's! Yes! I almost gagged!  I can hardly stop wondering to myself how many times he had done that before! GROSS!

 Manny Manners-isms (the family dog) 

1. I took Manny to the groomers and there were several other dogs arriving at the same time. The groomer told me to put Manny in the corral with the other dogs and she would get to him when it was his turn. About 3 hours later I got the call that he was done and ready to be picked up. When I got there all the other dogs were out in the dog corral playing but Manny was in a crate. I must have had a funny look on my face seeing that my dog was the only dog in a crate, because the groomer said to me, "I had to put Manny in a crate because he REALLY liked all the other girl dogs so much that we thought he was going to hurt himself!" LOL!
2. Manny has also become obsessed with attacking and viciously barking at the snowman the boys made in the backyard this weekend. It is getting really embarrassing, but I guess we are lucky he doesn't think the snowman is a girl after the grooming incident!
