We have been attending a new church recently and Sam refuses to go to the kids service and insists on sitting with Wally and I in the sanctuary. We have reluctantly agreed but have demanded that he be absolutely quiet during the service (which for anyone who knows Sam is extremely hard for him). He has followed our rules to a tee until this week. As the pastor was ending the service and asked the congregation to bow their heads in prayer, Sam yells, "OH MY! I have been so quiet that everyone just fell asleep again!"

That's hilarious! Hannah did that when we first started going to church too. Luckily after about a month and a half she decided to start going to children's church...I was so happy because it's exhausting trying to keep a little one quiet and still for so long!
